Symptoms

從 OpenManage Enterprise 匯出裝置範本失敗，並顯示錯誤： 
'An unknown error has occurred. Please try again'
發生未知錯誤
 Tomcat 應用程式記錄在匯出時指出下列錯誤： 
[ERROR] 2022-11-14 14:13:20.284 [ajp-nio-0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1-8009-exec-29] StoreProcedureAdapter - getXML: SQL call failed org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: invalid XML comment

Cause

當伺服器包含執行韌體版本 20.5.13 的 Intel E810 型網路卡時，組態檔案中的字元無效，因此會發生故障。執行 20.0.18 （較舊） 或 21.5.0 （較新） 的網路卡不會出現此問題。

Resolution

將 Intel E810 型網路卡韌體至少更新至 21.5.0 版或更新版本。更新網卡后，從目標設備捕獲新範本。這可匯出範本，且不會發生錯誤。
