Dellファームウェア アップデート ユーティリティーに警告メッセージが表示されます。 接続されているDell Dockが多すぎます。このアップデート ユーティリティーは、単一のDell Dockが接続されている場合にのみ機能します。Thunderboltモニターに接続されているWD19TBドッキング ステーションでファームウェアをアップデートする場合は、単一のDell Dockのみを接続して、アップデート ユーティリティーを再起動します。たとえば、WD19TBに接続されているUP2720QまたはUP3221Qモニターは警告の原因となります。
Cause
モニターとSalomon USBハブのVID/PIDが同じであるため、Dell Firmware Update Utility (DFU)は警告メッセージを表示する2つのドッキング ステーションを認識しました。
Resolution
ファームウェアをアップデートする前に、Thunderboltモニターを取り外す。
