Cause

La variable SID '+APX1' es el proxy de Application Security Manager (ASM). PPDM no es compatible con el proxy de ASM.

Resolution

En la versión 19.12 y versiones anteriores, se requiere un paso adicional:
Coloque el SID '+APX1' en la lista de SID de exclusión en el archivo $RMAN_AGENT_HOME/config/rman_agent.cfg y corrija el problema de detección.
Gustar: EXCLUDE_SID=+APX1

En la versión 19.13, se corrigió este problema por el cual el agente RMAN 19.13 y versiones posteriores excluyen el SID "+APX1" automáticamente.

 

Additional Information

Si se informa otro SID, compruebe el servicio de agente para ver qué SID tiene la falla de detección.

"Unable to connect to the Oracle database ''\n\n

Unable to connect to the database to verify the SID for 'TEST'.\n"

Ejecute el comando ps -ef | grep pmon para ver qué procesos se han enumerado. 

Para la tercera línea, existen algunos SID en la /etc/oratab archivo, pero la instancia de Oracle no existe o no se inicia. Es necesario volver a comprobar esos SID. Si esos SID ya no son necesarios, compruebe si se pueden eliminar de la carpeta /etc/oratab de NetWorker.

Si son necesarios, esos SID se deben agregar en el archivo $RMAN_AGENT_HOME/config/rman_agent.cfg para EXCLUDE_SID:

EXCLUDE_SID=+APX1,TEST
