Symptoms

無法登入 AVI （HTTPs：NVE_hostname/avi） 為 NVE 伺服器執行軟體版本或安全性更新。

  • avi-cli 命令無法執行，無法根據以下範例來執行升級：
nve:~ # avi-cli  --listrepository

  • 根密碼已確認為正確且未使用下列「Chage」命令過期：

Cause

NVE 使用非英文地區設定自訂，不允許密碼授權至 AVI，不過可以使用相同的密碼登入和管理 NVE 作業系統。在上方的命令輸出片段中，NVE 語言設定為德文。

Resolution

  1. 修改 NVE 上的 /etc/sysconfig/language 檔案，藉由設定變數來強制執行英文地區設定 
RC_LC_ALL=en_US
  1. 修改後必須重新開機 NVE，才能使變更生效。
 
注意：在 NVE 上設定非英文地區設定時，AVI 網頁通常會在標題中顯示「Avamar Installation Manager」和 Avamar 版本。當地區設定變更為英文時，這會變更為「NetWorker Installation Manager」，且 avi 依預期運作。
