Symptoms
執行 PowerProtect Data Manager 19.12 或更早版本時，主機的作業系統顯示 CPU 使用率過高。
記錄中沒有顯示任何症狀，但此行為發生在主機的工作管理員應用程式中。
Cause
峰值CPU行為有兩個已知原因：
- 每次反覆運算都必須重新載入tasks.db檔。如果它很大，則每次發生這種情況時，都會導致CPU消耗峰值。
- 版本 19.11 對每個 GET 工作階段 API 呼叫都使用密碼箱應用程式程式設計介面 （API） 呼叫。
此密碼箱 API 呼叫消耗的 CPU 比一般多。GET 工作階段 API 的輪詢每 30 秒運行一次。
此請求中有一個不必要的調用，每次都嘗試解密密碼。
Resolution
受影響的版本：此問題會影響 v19.12 及更早版本。
因應措施：
- 停止代理服務。
- 在 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1 中重新命名tasks.db。
- 重新啟動代理服務。
修正版本：v19.13 及更新版本中不存在此問題。
