Symptoms
當從 SDDC Manager UI 觸發 2 VxRail 叢集同時升級時，一個叢集升級可成功註冊 VxRail 附掛程式，而另一個則失敗並顯示錯誤：

Cause
如果多個叢集同時在 vCenter 中升級 VxRail 附掛程式，則會造成衝突，因為它們使用的相同附掛程式
extension.key (com.vmware.vxrail)。Resolution
從 SDDC Manager UI 為故障叢集重試升級。
