Symptoms

Cause
如果多个群集同时在 vCenter 中升级 VxRail 插件，则会因它们使用相同的群集而导致冲突
extension.key (com.vmware.vxrail)。Resolution
从出现故障的群集的 SDDC Manager UI 重试升级。
