Serviços de backup PowerProtect: Os scripts Prebackup e Postbackup não são executados

Symptoms

Scripts pré e pós-backup estão em vigor. No entanto, a execução não é executada. 

O seguinte erro é exibido no log de trabalhos:

Cause

O produto está funcionando corretamente.

Resolution

Em um caso em que esse problema é observado, #!/bin/bash não está no pre_script.sh e post_script.sh. 
Ele funciona bem depois de adicionar #!/bin/bash à primeira linha de pre_script.sh e post_script.sh.
