雖然有 2 個路徑至作業系統設定的裝置，但 PowerPath 缺少其中一個路徑。因此，PVID 會保留在未設定的 hdisk 和虛擬裝置上。

Cause
無法識別的程式會握住 hdisk，使 PowerPath 無法設定裝置。
Resolution
透過 PowerPath 以「powermt manage dev=hdiskXX」強制管理剩餘的 hdisk。「powermt manage」會傳回「警告：在重新開機時設定 hdiskXX 路徑的管理」，證明磁片處於忙碌狀態，而這是問題的原因。重新開機時，磁片確實會處於 PowerPath 控制之下。
