Symptoms

  • NMC(NetWorker管理コンソール)のユーザー インターフェイスに、ポップアップ メッセージ「Internal Server Error.詳細については、コンソール ログを参照してください。」
  • NMCの[ 保護 ]タブでリソースをクリックすると、メッセージが開きます。
  • [保護]タブの下のポリシーは、NMCには表示されません。
  • NMCはJava例外を記録しました。

Cause

NSR保護ポリシー リソースで構成されたスケジュールが正しくありません。ポリシーで構成されたスケジュールは、NSRスケジュール リソースとして存在しません。

Resolution

ポリシーを編集して、正しいスケジュールを反映します。ポリシーで構成されたスケジュールの名前とNSRスケジュール リソースの名前を比較します。
たとえば、NSRスケジュールの実行中にポリシー内のスケジュールが「db_log」である場合、リソースは「DB_LOG」と呼ばれ、ポリシー内のスケジュールを「DB_LOG」に置き換えます。
