Symptoms
'install' 或 'show install' 命令失敗，並出現下列錯誤：
"Bootflash check failed with error (0x4093007E)."
Pre-upgrade check failed. Return code 0x4093007E (Issue cannot be done, bootflash is busy).
Cause
此問題適用於所有具有 scp 或 sftp 伺服器，或兩者皆啟用的 MDS 平台。
開啟 SCP 或 SFTP 工作階段至交換器會導致此問題。這些會「鎖定」開機快閃記憶體，直到關閉為止。停用這些功能可清除任何開啟的工作階段並「鎖定」。

Resolution
清除正在存取開機快閃記憶體的任何工作階段。這可以通過以下任一方式完成：
1） 在多層導向器 （具有 ha-stand-supervisor） 上，使用 ' 切換到另一個監管程式system switchover' 命令，
或
2） 停用並啟用 scp/sftp 功能 （以啟用者為准）。
2a 使用 'no feature sftp-server' 命令，然後使用”feature sftp-server' 命令。
2b 使用 ' 停用 scp 功能no feature scp-server' 命令，然後使用”feature scp-server命令 。
