Symptoms
'install' 或 'show install' 命令失败，并显示以下错误：
"Bootflash check failed with error (0x4093007E)."
Pre-upgrade check failed. Return code 0x4093007E (Issue cannot be done, bootflash is busy).
Cause
此问题适用于具有 scp 或 sftp 服务器的所有 MDS 平台，或者同时启用这两个功能。
打开到交换机的 SCP 或 SFTP 会话会导致此问题。这些“锁定”bootflash，直到它们关闭。禁用这些功能会清除所有打开的会话并“锁定”。

Resolution
清除正在访问 bootflash 的任何会话。这可以通过以下任一方式完成：
1） 在多层控制器（具有 ha-standby 管理程序）上，使用“”system switchover' 命令，
或
2） 禁用和启用 scp/sftp 功能（以启用者为准）。
2a 使用以下命令禁用 sftp 功能： 'no feature sftp-server' 命令，然后使用”feature sftp-server' 命令。
2b 使用以下命令禁用 scp 功能”no feature scp-server“命令，然后使用”feature scp-server' 命令。
