Symptoms
PowerStore Managerユーザー インターフェイス(UI)から実行すると、パフォーマンス メトリックの収集が次のエラーで失敗すると表示されます。
The system encountered unexpected backend errors.Please contact support.(0xE0101001000C)
パフォーマンス メトリックの収集は、タイムアウトに達した後にUIで障害を報告します。ただし、ジョブはバックグラウンドで続行され、ファイルは問題なく生成されます。
Cause
この問題は、メトリックの生成方法に起因し、タイムアウトと思われる現象を引き起こします。
Resolution
この問題は、PowerStoreOS 4.1で修正されています。
回避策は、ssh/cliを使用してメトリックを手動でダウンロードすることです。
