嘗試升級 PowerProtect Data Manager 裝置時，升級預先檢查程序可能會失敗，並顯示下列錯誤：

Cause

未正確上傳 PowerProtect Data Manager 套件檔案。

Resolution

必須執行手動 CMD 線路動作，才能管理可能損毀的套裝。
由於 PowerProtect DM5500 應用裝置是「封閉式」系統，且需要存取 bash/shell，因此必須透過 Dell EMC 支援部門負責處理此類問題。
