Symptoms
After applying the PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14 build 27 CHF:
When generic NAS assets are edited through the PPDM UI, the following error appears.
Error 400: SSL handshake failed
Please ensure that the server has valid SSL certificate installed and host is reachable
When generic NAS assets are edited through the PPDM UI, the following error appears.
Error 400: SSL handshake failed
Please ensure that the server has valid SSL certificate installed and host is reachable
This prevents the NAS asset from being added or updated.
Cause
This issue is due to a defect.
Resolution
Upgrade to PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15.
