PowerProtect: Oracle 백업이 실패하고 ABO0022: 내부 오류로 인해

도중 증권 시세 표시기 중앙 집중식 보호 정책이 시작한 Oracle 백업에서는 Oracle 데이터베이스 백업이 실패합니다. Protection Jobs 창에 다음 오류가 나타납니다.

ABO0022: PowerProtect Data Manager Oracle agent cannot perform the backup for the Oracle database db19 with database ID 854318690 because of an internal error.

The backup is unsuccessful because of an SBT error that is caused by the loss of DD connectivity or by an Oracle RMAN error.

Check the DD connectivity from the client. Edit the required protection policy to enable the debug logging. Resubmit the backup request, and check the sbtio.log file under $ORACLE_BASE. Make sure that the database is running during the backup.

온라인 Oracle 온라인 백업을 수행하려면 타겟 데이터베이스가 아카이브 로그 모드에서 실행되고 있어야 합니다. 이는 Oracle 요구 사항입니다. PPDM 중앙 집중식 보호 정책은 백업 중에 데이터베이스 모드를 변경할 수 없습니다. 즉, DB를 종료하고 마운트를 시작한 다음 백업을 수행합니다. Oracle db가 열려 있고 적절한 아카이브 로그 모드 상태일 것으로 예상됩니다.

타겟 데이터베이스가 아카이브 로그 모드인지 확인하십시오. 예:

sqlplus를 통해 대상 데이터베이스에 연결하고 명령 archive log list를 발행하십시오.

DBA는 데이터베이스를 archivelog 모드로 전환해야 합니다. 이렇게 하려면 DB를 종료하고 적절한 모드로 시작해야 합니다.
