Symptoms

mminfoコマンドが次のエラーで失敗します。 
136611:mminfo: Failed to open the lock file: Permission denied
144502:nsrd: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for localadmin on <NW-Server-Name>: Failed to validate security token.
167325:mminfo: Unable to connect to media database server on host <NW-Server-Name>: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for localadmin on <NW-Server-Name>: Failed to validate security token.

nsrcapinfo、 nsradmin、 nsrlogin、 nsrauthtrustなども影響を受けます。

Cause

.administrator.lck ファイルには、NetWorkerサーバ ホストに対する十分なアクセス権がありません。

Resolution

/nsr/tmp/sec/tokens

にあるnsrloginロック ファイルの権限を変更するWindows:

  1. /nsr/tmp/sec/tokensに移動します。
  2. ファイル「.nsrlogin.localadmin.lck」を見つけます(これは非表示のファイルです。Windowsでは[表示]をクリックして、[非表示の表示]をクリックします)。
  3. ローカル管理者のファイル権限をフル コントロールに変更します。

Linuxの場合

  1. cd /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens
  2.  「ls -lat」と入力すると、すべての隠しファイルを一覧表示し、権限を表示できます。
  3. ファイルの権限を読み取り、書き込み、実行の権限に変更します。
