Symptoms

mminfo 命令失败，并显示以下错误： 
136611:mminfo: Failed to open the lock file: Permission denied
144502:nsrd: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for localadmin on <NW-Server-Name>: Failed to validate security token.
167325:mminfo: Unable to connect to media database server on host <NW-Server-Name>: Unable to set user privileges based on user token for localadmin on <NW-Server-Name>: Failed to validate security token.

nsrcapinfo、 nsradmin、 nsrlogin、 nsrauthtrust 等也会受到影响。

Cause

.administrator.lck 文件在 NetWorker 服务器主机上没有足够的权限。

Resolution

更改位于 /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens

的 nsrlogin 锁定文件的权限Windows：

  1. 导航至 /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens
  2. 找到文件“.nsrlogin.localadmin.lck”（这是一个隐藏文件，在 Windows 上单击查看，然后显示隐藏）。
  3. 修改本地管理员的文件权限，使其具有完全控制权限。

Linux：

  1. cd /nsr/tmp/sec/tokens
  2.  键入“ls -lat”，以便您可以列出所有隐藏文件并显示权限。
