Symptoms

Il scaleio.log del server di presentazione (mgmt-server) segnala che si sta scollegando dall MDM.

Gli eventi PMDM e i registri trc segnalano che non è stato possibile connettersi al servizio LDAP.

L'interfaccia utente del server di presentazione richiederà di collegare un PowerFlex MDM.


Accesso al server di presentazione 

 

Cause

In questo scenario, l'utente finale utilizza l'autenticazione LDAP.

Il server di presentazione dispone di un token di 8 ore dal momento in cui un utente effettua l'accesso. Dopo la scadenza del token di 8 ore, viene effettuato un successivo tentativo di accesso. Tuttavia, se questo tentativo non riesce a stabilire una connessione con il servizio LDAP, può causare lo scollegamento del server di presentazione dal cluster.

Resolution

Ricollegare il server di presentazione al cluster PowerFlex tramite l'interfaccia utente web.
