Symptoms

  • MDS Powerflex 系統清查未顯示。

Cause

MDS Powerflex 系統中清查問題的根本原因，是在匯入程序之前未正確設定必要的憑證。可使用 mgmt_ca.pem 特別是必須在 MDM 信任存放區內正確建立憑證，以確保在匯入期間能成功擷取 MDM IP 位址。無法識別此憑證會導致連線問題和後續的清查問題。

Resolution

1- 檢查 MDM 組態檔案：

去。

/opt/emc/scaleio/mdm/cfg

並列出憑證以確保憑證已產生

驗證 mgmt_ca.pem 憑證是否存在和最後幾個字元。2- 更新 CLI 信任存放區：

cat /root/.scli/cli_truststore.pem

如果在 CLI 信任存放區中找不到 mgmt_ca.pem 憑證，請新增該憑證。

scli --add_certificate --certificate_file /opt/emc/scaleio/mdm/cfg/mgmt_ca.pem.

3- 將憑證分散至 MDM：

確保mgmt_ca。所有 MDM 上皆有 pem 憑證，但仲裁者除外。

4- 移除並重新新增 MDS 閘道：

在資源頁面中，暫時移除 MDS 閘道以進行故障診斷。 

5- 備份憑證：

使用 cp 命令建立 mgmt_ca.pem 和 mdm_mno_certificate.pem 的備份。

cp mgmt_ca.pem mgmt_ca.pem.bk
cp mdm_mno_certificate.pem mdm_mno_certificate.pem.bk

6- 重新探索 MDS：

完成所有步驟後，請重新探索 MDS 以重新建立適當的系統功能。
