Cause

容器儲存模組操作員沒有 APEX 用戶端自訂資源定義的適當資訊清單檔案。

Resolution

工程部門已為 Container Storage Modules Operator 1.4.1 版的 Dell Container Storage Interface （CSI） 驅動程式提供修補程式，其中包含適當的資訊清單檔案。
