Symptoms

Operatorn Container Storage Modules kan inte köras på grund av att en anpassad resurs saknas.

Cause

Operatorn Container Storage Modules hade inte rätt manifestfiler för den anpassade resursdefinitionen för APEX-klienten.

Resolution

Teknikavdelningen har tillhandahållit en korrigeringsfil för drivrutinen för Dell Container Storage Interface (CSI) för Container Storage Modules Operator version 1.4.1, som innehåller lämpliga manifestfiler.
