Cause
Container Storage Modules Operator 没有适用于 APEX 客户端自定义资源定义的清单文件。
Resolution
工程部门已为容器存储模块操作员版本 1.4.1 提供了 Dell Container Storage Interface （CSI） 驱动程序的修补程序，其中包括相应的清单文件。
