  • Esecuzione manuale dello script di configurazione dell'interfaccia utente web di NetWorker (NWUI) tentata dall'aggiornamento di NVE:
Comando: 
/opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh -silent /space/avamar/repo/temp/*/tmp/nmc_ui_config.txt

Viene restituito il seguente errore:

keytool error: java.io.IOException: parseAlgParameters failed: PBE parameter parsing error: expecting the object identifier for AES cipher

Cause

La causa di questo problema non è stata identificata; Tuttavia, è stata identificata una soluzione alternativa che ha consentito il completamento dell'aggiornamento.
Questo problema non è riproducibile nei test.

Resolution

Soluzione alternativa:

1. Eliminare il link simbolico "più recente" di NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE):

rm -rf /opt/nre/java/latest

2. Verificare quale pacchetto JRE (Java Runtime Environment) sia installato /usr/java.

ls -l /usr/java
Esempio 
nve:~ # ls -l /usr/java
total 4

3. Ricreare il collegamento simbolico Java più recente di NRE utilizzando il comando /usr/java/jre Percorso raccolto dal comando precedente:

ln -s /usr/java/jre /opt/nre/java/latest
Esempio: 
nve:~ # ln -s /usr/java/jre1.8.0_341-amd64 /opt/nre/java/latest

nve:~ # ls -l /opt/nre/java/latest
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 28 Feb  9 13:39 /opt/nre/java/latest -> /usr/java/jre1.8.0_341-amd64

4. Completare la configurazione di NWUI:

/opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh -silent /space/avamar/repo/temp/*/tmp/nmc_ui_config.txt

5. Tornare a NVE Installation Manager (interfaccia utente web) e completare l'aggiornamento.
6. Una volta completato l'aggiornamento, reimpostare il link simbolico NRE all'istanza Java NRE:

A. Eliminare il link simbolico per /opt/nre/java/latest:

rm -rf /opt/nre/java/latest

B. Confermare il /opt/nre version:

ls -l /opt/nre/java

C. Ricreare il collegamento simbolico utilizzando la cartella JRE (Java Runtime Environment) NRE:

ln -s /opt/nre/java/jre#.#.#_### /opt/nre/java/latest
