Symptoms

  • 將 NetWorker 伺服器從 19.9.0.3 更新至 19.10.0.1 時，驗證伺服器資料庫未正確更新。
  • 升級至 19.10 後，\tomcat\data 資料夾包含authcdb.mv.db和 authcdb.trace.db 未建立authcdb.lock.db。
  • authcdb.trace 包含下列訊息：
database: flush org.h2.message.DbException: General error: "org.h2.mvstore.MVStoreException: The write format 2 is smaller than the supported format 3 [2.2.220/5]" [50000-220] at org.h2.message.DbException.get(DbException.java:212)
  • authc-server.log包含以下訊息：
WARN Exception encountered during context initialization - cancelling refresh attempt: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'dataSourceInitializer' defined in class path resource [serviceConfig.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLNonTransientConnectionException: Unsupported database file version or invalid file header in file "D:/NWS/nsr/authc-server/tomcat/data/authcdb.mv.db" [90048-220]

Cause

程序問題;已先移除 （解除安裝） NetWorker 19.9.x 安裝，再安裝 NetWorker 19.10。

Resolution

您可以使用此NetWorker-19.10.exe更新 NetWorker 伺服器軟體，而不需要先移除軟體的舊版本。安裝 NetWorker 伺服器軟體時，安裝也會安裝 NetWorker 用戶端、儲存節點、區塊式備份 （BBB）、NetWorker Authentication Service 和延伸用戶端軟體。

1.使用具有管理員權限的使用者登入目標主機。
2.如果 NetWorker 伺服器也是 NMDA 用戶端，請移除 NMDA 軟體。
3.從線上支援網站下載 NetWorker 軟體套件至暫存位置。套件名稱為 nw1910_win_x64.zip。
4.將在 nw1910_win_x64.zip 中找到的 NetWorker 套裝解壓縮到目標主機的暫存位置。
5.在包含解壓縮 NetWorker 軟體的目錄中，執行NetWorker-19.10.exe。
