Because of this, none of the data contained in the certificate can be validated.

The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 48. The Windows SChannel error state is 552.

Cause

Основная причина этой проблемы связана с функцией принудительного шифрования протокола, включенной в конфигурации встроенного клиента SQL в диспетчере конфигураций SQL Server.


Параметр «Force Protocol Encryption» в SQL Server принудительно использует шифрование SSL.
Для шифрования SSL на этом компьютере должен быть доступен сертификат обмена, выданный доверенным центром сертификации (CA). 
Без этого сертификата подключение не будет выполнено.

Resolution

Для устранения этой неполадки выполните следующие действия.

  1. Откройте SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. Правой кнопкоймыши нажмите Конфигурация S QL Native Client 11.0 и выберите Свойства.
  3. Установите для параметра «Принудительное шифрование протокола» значение Нет и нажмите «OK».
  4. Выполните те же действия для конфигурации встроенного клиента SQL 11.0 (32-разрядной версии)
  5. Перезагрузите SQL Server
  6. После того как сервер SQL будет запущен, убедитесь, что проблема устранена.
