Cause

Rotorsaken till det här problemet beror på funktionen "Tvinga protokollkryptering" som är aktiverad i SQL Native Client-konfigurationen under SQL Server Configuration Manager.


Inställningen "Force Protocol Encryption" på SQL Server tvingar fram användning av SSL-kryptering.
SSL-kryptering kräver att ett utbytescertifikat utfärdat av en betrodd certifikatutfärdare (CA) finns tillgängligt på den här datorn. 
Utan det här certifikatet misslyckas anslutningen.

Resolution

Följ anvisningarna nedan för att lösa problemet:

  1. Öppna SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. Högerklicka på SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration och välj egenskaper.
  3. Ange värdet Framtvinga protokollkryptering till Nej och välj OK.
  4. Utför samma steg för konfigurationen av SQL Native Client 11.0-konfiguration (32-bitars)
  5. Starta om SQL Server
  6. När SQL-servern är igång kontrollerar du att problemet är löst.
