Cause

  • 這可能是因為用戶端伺服器上的 VSS 卷影複本很高。
  • 系統寫入器、ASR 寫入器、WMI 寫入器、登錄檔寫入器 - 所有必須處於穩定狀態且沒有錯誤。
  • VSS 初始化未成功，而且經常卡住。
  • 系統狀態應為「等待完成」，或任何其他在背景執行的捲影複製，或為快照程序手動觸發。

Resolution

  1. 開啟系統管理員命令提示字元。
  2. 停止 NetWorker 用戶端：
    net stop nsrexecd /y
  3. 終止 任何未停止的 NetWorker 服務 ：
    taskkil /F /IM nsr*
  4. 終止 任何未停止的 NetWorker 備份程序 ：
    taskkill /F /IM save*
  5. 重新命名 路徑下的「Daemon」檔案 ：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\daemon.raw
  6. 移除路徑下方的「tmp」資料夾：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp （任何重新命名的 /tmp 目錄也一樣）
  7. 開啟 SERVICES （或 services.msc） 提示。
  8. 查找卷影複製服務停止，然後為此服務啟動。
  9. 檢查 VSS 系統寫入器，它應該對所有 VSS 寫入器都穩定。
  10. 從客戶機伺服器中刪除所有影子。
  11. 檢查伺服器檔案項目。應為路徑下的備份伺服器名稱：- <C：\Program Files\EMC Networker\nsr\res\servers>
  12. 再次啟動 NetWorker 用戶端服務：
    net start nsrexecd
  13. 開啟 NetWorker 使用者 UI，然後嘗試與用戶端伺服器上的備份伺服器連線。
  14. 最後觸發備份
