Cause

Resolution

  1. 打开管理员命令提示符。
  2. 停止 NetWorker 客户端：
    net stop nsrexecd /y
  3. 终止 所有未停止的 NetWorker 服务 ：
    taskkil /F /IM nsr*
  4. 终止 未停止的任何 NetWorker 备份进程 ：
    taskkill /F /IM save*
  5. 重命名 路径下的“Daemon”文件 ：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\daemon.raw
  6. 删除以下路径下的“tmp”文件夹：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp（还有任何重命名的 /tmp 目录）
  7. 打开 SERVICES（或 services.msc）提示符。
  8. 为此服务查找 VOLUME SHADOW COPY SERVICESTOP，然后单击 START。
  9. 检查 VSS 系统编写器，所有 VSS 编写器都应该保持稳定。
  10. 从客户端服务器中删除所有影子。
  11. 检查服务器文件条目。它应该是路径下的备份服务器名称：- <C：\Program Files\EMC Networker\nsr\res\servers>
  12. 再次启动 NetWorker 客户端服务：
    net start nsrexecd
  13. 打开 NetWorker 用户界面并尝试连接到客户端服务器上的备份服务器。
  14. 最后触发备份
