Symptoms

NetWorker Management Console (NMC)構成ウィザードを使用したSAP HANAクライアントの作成が、次のエラーで失敗します。

The program '/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/saphostctrl' terminated with the error code 256

Cause

SAPホスト エージェントが実行されていない。

Resolution

  1. SAPホスト エージェント プロセスを開始します。
/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/saphostexec -restart
  1. エージェントが実行されていることを確認します。
/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/saphostexec -status
  1. NMCからクライアント構成を再試行します。
