IDPA: ACM 대시보드에서 DDBoost 사용자 비밀번호를 동기화할 수 없습니다.

Summary: IDPA(Integrated Data Protection Appliance) ACM 대시보드는 암호가 작동하고 공통 암호와 일치할 때 DDBoost 사용자 암호가 동기화되지 않았음을 Data Domain 패널에 플래그합니다.

Symptoms

DDBoostUser UI에 ACM 대시보드에서 DDBoost 사용자 암호가 동기화되지 않은 것으로 표시됩니다.   
 

  • Data Domain은 ACM 대시보드에서 DDBoost 사용자 비밀번호가 동기화되지 않은 것으로 표시합니다. 
  • DDboost 비밀번호가 작동하며 ACM 일반 비밀번호와 일치합니다. 
  • Data Domain에서 장애가 발생한 Avamar 백업이 없습니다.
  • Avamar는 Data Domain과의 통신이 되지 않는 것에 대해 불평하지 않습니다.

 

 

Cause

DDBoost 사용자 이름은 ACM에 사전 정의되어 있으므로 DDboostUser 라고 불리지 않습니다.

예를 들어:

DDBoost_User ACM은 "DDBoostUser"를 사용하여 Data Domain에 인증합니다. 고객의 Data Domain에서 생성된 사용자 이름이 예상과 다르기 때문에 작업이 실패하고 DDBoost 사용자를 동기화 중단으로 표시합니다.

ACM server.log에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

17538:2024-04-23 19:34:23,230 ERROR [Thread-88485]-dashboard.DataDomainDashboard: Exception occurred while connecting to DDBoost using sshUtil. 17539:com.emc.vcedpa.common.exception.ApplianceException: Protection storage DDBoost password is out of sync. Please update the password.

Resolution

ACM이 예상하는 사용자 이름과 일치하는 DDBoost 사용자 이름을 업데이트하거나 생성합니다.

Additional Information

ddboost 사용자를 수정한 경우 Data Domain에서 검색한 "DDBoost 사용자"와 일치하도록 Avamar에서 "DDBoost 사용자"를 편집합니다.

a. Avamar Administrator UI에 로그인합니다.

b. 서버 -->Server Management 탭 --> Data Domain 호스트 이름

선택 c. 작업 -->Data Domain 시스템

편집 d. 사용자 이름 필드에 올바른 "DDBoost user"를 입력합니다.
