Symptoms

  • REST API 호출은 Unisphere for PowerMax 설치 가이드에 따라 확인되었습니다. 모든 기준을 충족했습니다. 
  • 컨테이너를 이미지로 다시 설치해도 문제가 해결되지 않았습니다.
  • 관리 컨테이너를 재부팅하면 며칠 동안 문제가 해결됩니다. 
  • 모든 서비스가 가동되고 실행되었습니다.
  • run.log의 오류 :
ERROR [em.spa.SPA] (EJB default - 13) com.emc.em.spa.datamanager.datalistener.RTCListener.Exception in opening DCF listen port (8089) in JVM (0):Too many open files
  • symapi.log의 오류 :

Cause

RESTAPI 호출을 실행하고 제어하는 데 사용되는 외부 스크립트가 각 RESTAPI 호출 후에 HTTPS 연결을 닫지 않는 것이 발견되었습니다. 
Here 10.x.y.z is the REST API client, but it does not appear to be closing the HTTPS connection to Unisphere DMF IP 172.18.64.7:

Resolution

RESTAPI 호출을 실행하고 제어하는 데 사용되는 외부 스크립트가 각 RESTAPI 호출 후에 HTTPS 연결을 닫지 않는 것이 발견되었습니다.

각 RESTAPI 호출 후 HTTPS 연결을 닫도록 외부 스크립트가 조정되어 문제가 해결되었습니다.
