Symptoms
After powering off the system, the iDRAC WebGUI displays a warning state for system health. However, there are no associated error events logged in the Lifecycle Controller (LC) or System event log (SEL).

Check the thermaldata_basic\thmtestgbasicoutput.log file in Tech Support Report (TSR)->Hardware->PlatformData. Certain fans are observed running at fewer than 840 RPM.

Cause
For certain low-margin fans operating under low duty cycle conditions, the fan RPM falls below Dell's defined low warning threshold.
Resolution
No functional impact, Disregard the "warning system health state" that is only reported when the system is powered off.
The new thermal table to address this issue is integrated into the iDRAC version 7.10.70.xx, which is available from the Dell website.
