Symptoms

Cause

This issue is seen when:
  • Switches newly added to fabric and discovered successfully 
  • Switch underwent a Switch FOS upgrade
  • Existing snmp credentials changed and trying to add new snmp credentials

Resolution

1.Perform the below workaround to resolve the issue:

On the departmental model: 
#hareboot 
On the Director class model: 
#Hafailover 
2. Re-configure manually the snmp credentials
