Il servizio GST di NetWorker Management Console (NMC) non rispondeva dopo un aggiornamento a NetWorker 19.10.0.3.
Il server NMC è installato su un sistema operativo Windows.
Errore in C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\management\GST\logs\gstd.raw:
The specified module could not be found. (PostgreSQL ANSI(x64), C:\program files\emc networker\management\GST\postgres_latest\odbc\psqlodbc30a.dll)
NetWorker: Come utilizzare nsr_render_log (in inglese)
Cause
Il link simbolico postgres_latest mancante nel percorso di installazione di NMC (ad esempio, C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST).
Resolution
Creare manualmente il link postgres_latest nella directory di installazione di NMC. Aprire un comando con privilegi di amministratore ed eseguire il comando seguente:
mklink /d <link> <target>
Esempio di comando:
mklink /d "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres_latest" "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\postgres\11.21"
