  1. Vahvista, mikä laitteisto ilmoituksen kohteena oleva solmu on.

    Jos kyseessä on Gen 1/2 -solmu, vastaa sähköpostiviestissä olevaan lomakkeeseen, jossa ilmoitetaan avun tarpeesta. Jos kyseessä on Gen 3 -solmu, seuraa tämän tietämyskannan artikkelin loppuosaa.

  2. Tarkista lämpötila-antureiden nykyinen tila. Alla näkyy CRIT kahdessa solmussa, mikä osoittaa ongelmia näissä kahdessa solmussa. Jos kaikki solmut ilmoittavat olevansa OK, mutta hälytys on vastaanotettu useita kertoja viime aikoina, kyseessä voi olla toistuva ongelma. Jos näin on, vastaa sähköpostiviestissä olevaan lomakkeeseen, jossa kerrotaan, että apua tarvitaan, toistuvalla lämpötilahälytyksellä.

    Jos useat solmut eivät ole kunnossa, ongelma saattaa olla tietokeskuksen ympäristössä. Tarkista, että ECS:n sijaintialueella ei ole ongelmia, jotka saattaisivat nostaa ECS:n lämpötilaa.

  3. Tarkista ECS-tuulettimien tila.
