Symptoms

NetWorkerクライアントは、NetWorkerクライアント ソフトウェアを使用してファイル システム バックアップ用に構成されます。

バックアップが失敗し、アクション ログに次のエラーが表示されます。 
save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'xxxxxxxxx': Client 'xxxxxxx' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server..
save: Cannot open a save session with NetWorker server 'xxxxxxxxx': Client 'xxxxxxx' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server..

Cause

クライアント名またはドメイン名が変更された。
したがって、クライアントのエイリアスはクライアントプロパティで正しく更新されません。

Resolution

クライアント エイリアスは適切に更新する必要があります。次の手順に従って、それらをアップデートします。
  1. NMCまたはNWUIの[ Protection->Clients]タブで、障害が発生しているクライアントを選択します
  2. 右クリックして、[クライアント プロパティの変更]を選択します。
  3. 次に、[グローバル(1/2)]タブに移動します
  4. エイリアスをクリアし、[OK]をクリックして保存します
これで、クライアントのプロパティを開いて確認すると、エイリアスが正しく更新されています
クライアントのバックアップを開始します。
