Symptoms

NetWorker Client는 NetWorker Client 소프트웨어를 사용하는 파일 시스템 백업에 대해 구성됩니다.

작업이 실패하고 작업 로그에 아래와 같은 오류가 표시됩니다. 
save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'xxxxxxxxx': Client 'xxxxxxx' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server..
save: Cannot open a save session with NetWorker server 'xxxxxxxxx': Client 'xxxxxxx' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server..

Cause

클라이언트 이름 또는 도메인 이름이 변경
된 경우따라서 클라이언트의 별칭이 클라이언트 속성에서 제대로 업데이트되지 않습니다.

Resolution

클라이언트 별칭을 올바르게 업데이트해야 합니다. 아래 단계에 따라 업데이트하십시오.
  1. NMC 또는 NWUI의 Protection-Clients> 탭에서 장애가 발생한 클라이언트를 선택합니다
  2. 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 클릭하고 Modify Client Properties 선택
  3. 이제 "글로벌(1/2)" 탭으로 이동합니다.
  4. 별칭을 지우고 Ok를 클릭하여 저장합니다
이제 클라이언트 속성을 열고 확인하면 별칭이 제대로 업데이트됩니다.
