Symptoms

NetWorker 用戶端是專為使用 NetWorker 用戶端軟體進行檔案系統備份而設計的。

備份失敗，動作記錄中出現以下錯誤： 
save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'xxxxxxxxx': Client 'xxxxxxx' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server..
save: Cannot open a save session with NetWorker server 'xxxxxxxxx': Client 'xxxxxxx' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server..

Cause

用戶端名稱或網域名稱已變更。
因此，用戶端的別名未在用戶端屬性中正確更新。

Resolution

用戶端別名應正確更新。請按照以下步驟進行更新：
  1. 從 NMC 或 NWUI 的 Protection-Client> 標籤下，選取故障的用戶端
  2. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下並選取 修改用戶端內容
  3. 現在請前往標籤「全域 （1/2）」
  4. 清除 別名 ，然後按一下「確定」儲存
現在，當您打開用戶端屬性並檢查別名時，別名已正確更新。
開始用戶端備份。
