Symptoms

使用 NetWorker 客户端软件为文件系统备份配置 NetWorker 客户端。

备份失败，操作日志中显示以下错误： 
save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'xxxxxxxxx': Client 'xxxxxxx' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server..
save: Cannot open a save session with NetWorker server 'xxxxxxxxx': Client 'xxxxxxx' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server..

Cause

客户端名称或域名已更改。
因此，客户端的别名在客户端属性中未正确更新。

Resolution

应正确更新客户端别名。请按照以下步骤进行更新：
  1. 在 NMC 或 NWUI 中，在 Protection-Clients>选项卡下，选择故障客户端
  2. 右键单击并选择 修改客户端属性
  3. 现在转到选项卡“全局（第 1 个，共 2 个）”
  4. 清除 别名 ，然后单击“确定”以保存
现在，当您打开客户端属性并检查时，别名已正确更新。
启动客户端的备份。
