From web_output:
AH00526: Syntax error on line 156 of C:/Program Files/Legato/Management/GST/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
SSLCertificateFile: file 'C:/Program Files/Legato/MANAGE~1/GST/apache/conf/server.crt' does not exist or is empty
Cause
This could potentially be related to the 8.3 filename settings on that particular server. The 8.3 filename convention, also known as short filenames, is a legacy naming system used in Windows. It limits filenames to a maximum of 8 characters, followed by a period, and a file extension of up to 3 characters.
Resolution
As we noticed an error message related to the SSL certificate in the httpd.conf file, we checked the file at line 156 and found that the path of the SSL certificate was "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key", whereas the NMC was installed in C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\httpd.
So, we changed the path of the SSL certificate from "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key" to "C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\server.crt" in the httpd.conf file.
