El navegador no carga la interfaz de usuario de PPDM

La variable /var/log/brs/aaa/aaa.out Muestra un mensaje "Insufficient space for shared memory file" Cuando cree un archivo temporal:

Cause

El dispositivo PowerProtect utiliza PostgreSQL para realizar algunas de las funcionalidades internas. Se producía un problema de agotamiento de la memoria debido a demasiados procesos de Postgres en ejecución y a la inundación del archivo /var/log/messages con entradas de proceso de kernel repetidas. En una instancia, había 422 procesos de Postgres que usaban 15 GB de memoria en el dispositivo PowerProtect. La condición Postgres hizo que el archivo /var/log/messages consumiera el espacio de disco restante (por ejemplo, 11G) en ~14 horas.

Resolution

El problema de PostgreSQL se resolvió en PowerProtect Data Manager 19.16.0-15 o posterior. Instale la versión más reciente de PowerProtect Data Manager para resolver el problema e impedir que la partición raíz se utilice por completo.

Solución alternativa
Elimine los /var/log/messages existentes y reinicie el dispositivo PowerProtect para liberar el espacio de disco consumido por el archivo.
