Symptoms

Den installerede tillidskode viser "<ingen" og opdaterer ikke sin status under "Vis licensstatus" uden nogen fejl i "Vis logføringslog>".

Cause

CSSM er ikke tilgængelig, og den konfigurerede transporttype er CallHome.

Resolution

Konfigurer URL-adressen, og kontrollér Call Home-konfigurationen, der er opdateret med URL-adressen.

Sørg for, at CallHome-distributøren er aktiveret. Hvis ikke, mislykkes bekræftelsen.
Når URL'en er konfigureret, skal du installere tillidskoden ved hjælp af nedenfor: 
Kør kommandoen på switchen:

Id-token skal kopieres fra CSSM-portalen under fanen Lagergenerelt>.
