Symptoms

El código de confianza instalado muestra "<ninguno>" y no actualiza su estado en "Show license status" sin ningún error en "Show logging log".

Cause

No se puede acceder a CSSM y el tipo de transporte configurado es CallHome.
Utilice el siguiente comando para comprobar si la URL está configurada exactamente de la siguiente manera: https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService.

Resolution

Configure la URL y compruebe la configuración de Call Home actualizada con la URL. 
switch# configure terminal
switch(config)# ip domain-lookup
switch(config)# ip domain-name cisco.com
switch(config)# ip name-server 171.70.xx.xx
switch(config)# callhome
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml trans http
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml email sl-sch-test@cisco.com
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml http https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService
switch(config-callhome)# enable
switch(config-callhome)# commit*
switch(config-callhome)# exit
switch(config)# feature license smart
Asegúrese de que el distribuidor CallHome esté activado. De lo contrario, se produce un error en la confirmación.
Una vez configurada la URL, instale el código de confianza mediante lo siguiente: 
Ejecute el comando en el switch: 
switch# license smart trust idtoken id_token_value all
El token de ID se debe copiar desde el portal de CSSM en la pestaña Generalde inventario>.
