설치된 신뢰 코드가 "none>"<으로 표시되고 "Show logging log"에서 오류 없이 "Show license status" 아래의 상태를 업데이트하지 못합니다.

Cause

CSSM에 연결할 수 없으며 구성된 전송 유형은 CallHome입니다.
아래 명령을 사용하여 URL이 정확히 다음과 같이 구성되었는지 확인합니다. https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService.

Resolution

URL을 구성하고 URL로 업데이트된 Call Home 구성을 확인합니다.

switch(config)# callhome
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml trans http
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml email sl-sch-test@cisco.com

switch(config-callhome)# commit*
switch(config-callhome)# exit
switch(config)# feature license smart
CallHome 배포자가 활성화되어 있는지 확인합니다. 그렇지 않으면 커밋이 실패합니다.
URL이 구성되면 아래를 사용하여 신뢰 코드를 설치합니다. 
스위치에서 다음 명령을 실행합니다. 
switch# license smart trust idtoken id_token_value all
Inventory>General 탭의 CSSM 포털에서 ID 토큰을 복사해야 합니다.
