Symptoms

Installerad förtroendekod visar "<none>" och kan inte uppdatera sin status under "Visa licensstatus" utan något fel vid "Show logging log".

Cause

CSSM kan inte nås och den konfigurerade transporttypen är CallHome.
Använd kommandot nedan för att kontrollera om URL:en är exakt konfigurerad på följande sätt: https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService.

Resolution

Konfigurera URL:en och kontrollera att call home-konfigurationen har uppdaterats med URL:en.

switch(config)# callhome
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml trans http
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml email sl-sch-test@cisco.com
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml http https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService
switch(config-callhome)# enable
switch(config-callhome)# commit*
switch(config-callhome)# exit
switch(config)# feature license smart
Kontrollera att CallHome-distributören är aktiverad. Annars misslyckas incheckningen.
När URL:en har konfigurerats installerar du förtroendekoden med hjälp av nedanstående: 
Kör kommandot på switchen: 
switch# license smart trust idtoken id_token_value all
ID-token ska kopieras från CSSM-portalen under fliken Inventeringsallmänt>.
