시나리오

MVM PFMP(PowerFlex Manager Platform) 노드에 대한 고객의 RHEL 이미지가 포함된 PowerFlex 어플라이언스 16G - RHEL 8.10.

PFMP 설치는 두 번째 단계에서 74%로 실패합니다.

bedrock.log에는 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

 fatal: [host1]: FAILED! => changed=false
 assertion: ansible_failed_task is ot defined and ansible_failed_result is not defined
 evaluated_to: false
 msg: |2-
       The failed task in the block: "Install fluxtoolkit via helmrelease"

Cause

CMO는 Helm 차트를 올바르게 설정하기 위해 UMASK 022가 필요합니다. UMASK 027 은 rwx 권한이 있는 root, rx 권한이 있는 그룹, 다른 사람에 대한 권한이 없는 그룹을 제공합니다.

Resolution

다음 KB - PowerFlex에 따라 3개의 MVM(PFMP) 노드 모두에서 umask 값을 수정합니다. PFMP 호스트에서 다른 umask 값을 허용하는 방법 | Dell 대한민국 

값을 수정한 후 다음 스크립트를 순서대로 실행하여 PFMP 설치 관리자를 다시 설정하고, PFMP 설치를 시작합니다.

# /opt/dell/pfmp/PFMP_Installer/scripts/reset_installer.sh
# /opt/dell/pfmp/PFMP_Installer/scripts/setup_installer.sh
# /opt/dell/pfmp/PFMP_Installer/scripts/install_PFMP.sh
 

Dell PowerFlex 4.6.x 릴리스 노트 18페이지에는 다음과 같은 내용이 나와 있습니다.

증상: PowerFlex 관리 플랫폼을 설치하는 프로세스를 수행하려면 umask를 Linux 기본값(022)으로 설정해야 합니다. 기본 umask 설정을 변경한 경우 이미지를 가져올 때 helm 이미지에 올바른 권한이 없습니다. 

권장 작업: umask를 022로 변경합니다.
