Wenn eine Worker-Unteraufgabe beendet wird, kann es gelegentlich zu einem S378-1C-Ende in GDDRMAIN kommen. Der Abbruch erfolgt nur, wenn eine bestimmte Worker-Unteraufgabe beendet wird, sodass er sich nicht auf die GDDRMAIN-Funktionalität auswirkt.

Cause

Dies ist auf ein Softwareproblem zurückzuführen.
Wenn eine GDDRMAIN-Worker-Unteraufgabe beendet wird, wird die Arbeitsbereichsadresse vom Weiterleitungszeiger im Speicherbereich der ersten Ebene abgerufen, nachdem der Speicher freigegeben wurde. Wenn der Vorwärtszeiger im Speicherbereich der ersten Ebene nur Nullen enthält, kommt es zum S378-1C-Abbruch.

Resolution

Dauerhafte Lösung:

  • Für GDDR 6.1 steht PTF-GD61042 zur Behebung des Problems zur Verfügung. Er steht beim Dell Technologies Online Support zum Download zur Verfügung.
  • Dieses Problem tritt in GDDR 6.0 nicht auf.
