PPDM: Services abgeschaltet mit der Meldung "Die Logback-Protokollierung von config-logback.xml konnte nicht initialisiert werden."

Summary: Wenn kein Speicherplatz mehr auf PowerProtect Data Manager vorhanden ist, werden alle Services ausgefallen und der PowerProtect Data Manager wird neu gestartet.

Alle PowerProtect Data Manager-Services können nicht gestartet werden.

Cause

Die Dateien /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml waren alle leer, sodass der Service nicht initialisiert werden konnte.

Resolution

Rufen Sie von einem anderen PowerProtect Data Manager die entsprechende Datei ab für /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml oder für den Service, der ausgefallen ist, und kopieren Sie ihn und fügen Sie ihn an den Ort ein, an dem die logback.xml Datei ist leer.
