Symptoms

No se pueden iniciar todos los servicios de PowerProtect Data Manager.

Cause

Los archivos /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml estaban todos vacíos, por lo que el servicio no se pudo inicializar.

Resolution

Desde otro PowerProtect Data Manager, obtenga el archivo equivalente para /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml o para el servicio que está inactivo, cópielo y péguelo en la ubicación donde se encuentra el logback.xml El archivo está vacío.
